Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays).
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM MST will ship the same day; orders after will ship the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
All shipments to the 50 United States are shipped with the following rules:

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier website or on the Punchies website.
Delays & Lost Packages
- We’re not responsible for carrier-caused delays (e.g., weather, peak season).
- If your package doesn’t arrive within the estimated window, please email info@punchiesprotein.com and we’ll work with the mail carrier to locate or replace it.
